You may select/choose your ID template state design. You may select one design state or select “DIFFERENT DESIGN STATES” if you are ordering for group/multiple id cards.

Shipping Type:(Required)

Select “Standard Shipping (Free)” or “Express” vs “Overnight” for different Fee. Standard shipping is 8-12 working days. Express is 3-5 days. Overnight is 1-2 days.

This is your total in USD for the number of custom id novelty cards you are purchasing. The amount calculated represents the total order value based on your selected product and quantity. Discounts are already deducted from the amount based on the number of ids you are ordering. This is your final total and no further discounts can be applied.

This method is convenient as you may use your Paypal or Credit/Debit card to purchase these online. You can buy them from 25-500 (USD) denominations. You may purchase multiple cards to cover your purchase.

The gift cards must be purchased as equivalent to the amount you are to pay us. You may also use multiple gift cards to pay and cover for your total amount.

You may then continue submitting your forms for custom ids by clicking next and at the end of the form you will be asked to enter your Amazon physical gift card payment details.

Mention your DOB that you need on your custom novelty id. The format is “MM/DD/YY” or leave empty if you want us to generate for you.

Not required but you can include this if you have custom requirements.

Enter a license number you want on your custom novelty ID. If you leave this field empty we will generate one for you.

Digital ID Requirement:(Required)

If you want us to send you a digital copy of your custom ID before shipping. You can select “YES” if you don’t want that then select “NO”.

If you want any endorsements like glasses or motorcycle. You can include those instructions here. Any other customization requests within legal boundaries can be mentioned in here.
